Emotions is just an idea. It's only real if u believe it. Be emotionally detached and u will see clear. Focus on your bridge and keep going. One day u will arrive and u didn't have to leave your car. The destination was always inside you.

This is easy if you never make any personal connections with anyone or anything. But the more people(or even animals) you get to know and get close to, the more it hurts when they aren't there anymore. But a huge part of being a person is getting close to people/creatures and then eventually losing them. So can you really say you're a person if you've never formed an interpersonal relationship with another living being, and then eventually lost it?

That’s the DUMBO (District Under Manhattan Bridge Overpass) section of Brooklyn, NY. Studio will easily be around 4k a month, 1BR 5.5k, 2 BR hi 6/low 7k. I left there almost 30 years ago, no regrets.

It's a unique view I'll give it that. But that much still seems crazy to me. Of course, it is NY and real estate is robbery out there I've read/heard. Seems like you could mortgage/quickly pay off a home in most states for that.
