MB200 mini bike gets a 263cc and a super pipe!

Awesome video as usual! For those that use a motor plate on their mb200, be aware, the superpipe will not line up with the bolt holes in the frame. The plate will raise the motor enough to misalign the frame mount hole and the side plate will also have to be cut a little to accommodate the extra height.

Love your videos Black. 1 Question, Im ordering a straight pipe for my Predator 224 engine. It's Mounted on a Baja Warrior mini. Do I HAVE to add a carb jet when doing this?

yea that super pipe sounds pretty darn good, but the 263 cc's of rompin stompin stroker motor could help the sound a bit too. ;-)

Heard about the top end trouble from John. You'll need to heat and quench those copper head gaskets to anneal them. Then you should coat it with optimum gray RTV or Hondabond. Retorque after the first ride as the head gasket will soften further and lose torque and clamping.

Yeah, I hear ya, We used a fire ring gasket in the race. The engine ran awesome! It had plenty of power even with the small gearing. I'll probably throw a copper back on it next time around. The main problems we had was the carb falling off numerous times and the foot pegs breaking off. LOL Did multiple laps with no pegs. That was interesting, to say the least. The video comes out on Wednesday. Check it out.

I keep having to tell people this… so first of all, it’s a mini bike and does not have gears so money power doesn’t exactly means more top speed. It’s more about how quickly it can get you there. You can get a predator 212 bike with a simple stage one and governor delete up to 60 mph. It’s all about the gears with these bikes. Secondly he stated that the motor isn’t even tuned yet…
