ECFMG Certification is the standard for evaluating the qualifications of international medical graduates (IMGs) entering the U.S. healthcare system. Many colleges in Bangladesh are ECFMG-approved so if you have completed your degree from an ECFMG-approved college in Bangladesh you are eligible. Also, the medical degree of most colleges in Bangladesh is globally valid so you can do PG in any country of your choice.

I did ny mbbs from china back in 2016 then i have completed my ug in 4.5 years then in 2021 i have cleared fmge (mci) on my first attempt and the i did my intership from bjmc ahmbdabad so in total i have completed my mbbs in 5.5 years in total And total cost is 24 lac which includes collage fees+ hostel +food+ travel from ind to china and all other miscellaneous every thing includes in 24 lac (13 lac was my college fee)

Around 20 lakh students appeared for NEET 2023 and the seats available were just around 1 lakh including private and government medical colleges. Some students miss the opportunity just for few marks while some cannot afford to pay the fees of private medical colleges in India, and some cannot lose another year as the duration of almost all medical courses is long, and if they will invest so much time in just an entrance test when will they complete their degree? Becoming a doctor is a dream of many students if you are also preparing for NEET you surely know this and if you have already got a seat in India many congratulations to you but kindly don't demotivate others. There are many countries like Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, etc. where medical education is far better than in Indian private medical colleges and students who graduate from these countries don’t even need to clear FMGE to practice in India so it does not mean that students who are choosing these countries are less capable, there are many negative factors like year loss, low seat availability and positive factors like better clinical and global exposure, affordable fee of the private medical colleges in foreign countries, etc. So before judging others try to see all these factors.

People go to India because we don't have strong infrastructure in our hospitals. Specially government hospitals. Doctors have so much pressure of so much patients that they can't take their time to consult each patient carefully. So even if you go to private hospital it's very expensive. To save that cost people go to India to get good service for lower cost.
