Dear sir , I have a few doubts 1. if a student studies till 10 th outside india and 11th , 12 th in india , will he be considered as NRI or general category . 2.if a student studies from 1 to 12 th outside india , will he be allowed to apply in general category 3. can a NRI student choose general category so that he will pay only general category fees or will NRI category be only allowed to him . 4.if the student wants to join a private college , then he should pay nri student .

Even if an Indian student studied till grade 12 outside India he is eligible for General Category . But he needs to score high marks in Neet.

1. General category: If he has nri blood relatives then he can apply for both general n nri category. 2. Yes ; he can apply in general category but he has to score high marks in neet exam 3.he has to pay general category fee only : 4. Not NRI fee ; he has to pay the private college fee only The procedure is same for everyone but no reservations for nri’s : it all depends on ur neet score
