I’m gonna miss hearing the song, just because I’ve been trained to associate it with good time mbmbam fun, but after people started pulling up all the racist, antisemitic, homophobic, etc stuff from bean dad over the years I was like “wow ok holy fuck I’m not gonna miss this as much as I thought I would” haha

this was the best theme song that show ever had. the old one sucked and the new one doesn't even have anything to do with the show. R.I.P. rugrats remix, you will be missed.

I like this SO much better than the old one, even before the whole bean dad thing it always sort of rubbed me the wrong way. I mean, "hey good girls do you wanna? just say 'hey I wanna' " ... not a great look

I’ve only been a listener for about a year and a half so I can see if veteran listeners will miss it because it’s nice to have such a long running tradition but honestly I almost didn’t make it to listening to my first episode specifically because of the song. Not that it was that terrible I just already had a podcast I was happy with and the intro had already struck me as a little strange (LOL) and the song added on top just gave a much different vibe than I was expecting. This song is more enjoyable and just feels better in tune with the vibe of the whole show!

Hey, please don't say "I miss the old intro". I get it, it really is a staple of their brand. But the guy who preforms that song turned out to be a racist asshole. They talk about it more on the MBMBAM twitter.
