I was with Coastline rail productions, DEMrailroadfilms 24, and Ericerock1000. I had heard that Amtrak's Corredor clipper would be coming up to Boston via 174 on Friday to do the roughly three month check on most or all of MBTA's lines. This time the Geo train did all of MBTA's lines! I believe that they even did the Cape Main, but I am not 100% sure. Knowing that the Geo train would do the Worcester line and Framingham secondary on Monday, due to school I knew that I could see it on the Needham line AKA the Branchline on Sunday. My friend, Coastline rail productions and I woke up at 7:30 AM on a Sunday to see this after hearing that the Geo train would do the Needham line first, ever though it hasn't done so in the recent past. Shortly after arriving at Needham Center, DEMrailroadfilms 24 got there to see the Geo train also. About 3 hours later DEMrailroadfilms 24 had to go home. Less than 30 seconds after he got in the car we heard on the scanner "Geo extra approach at Needham". One of the cool things was that in both directions the train had a stop signal at Needham Center so I was able to get some good pictures of the geometry car!
