This season has simultaneously been the best and the worst saga. On one hand the three of them bouncing off each other is such good content. But then they're either pulling absolute dogshit and bricking on it, or triple dipping into the most sleeper packs.

I know the exact feeling MBT expressed about Gage and the lines. There was a discord server trying to make a Smogon style tier thing for Yugioh decks and had a list where you could select a deck and become its representative. I decided to learn pre-Martha Exosister since it seemed neat, and I FELL IN LOVE with the deck. I fell into the traps of first time players, overcame them, got really good at the deck. Then some f"cker who hadn't read an Exosister card took them, made the most dogwater Exosister Iist I had seen, and lost every single game representing them. I beat the top player on the Discord and a ton of the people in the tournament. It pained me so deeply to watch the replays of a guy who didn't understand Exosister's core strengths just make the deck look completely unviable for the tier it was in.
