McDonald’s is getting a McRibbin’.
Customers are feeling salty about the lack of dollar food offerings on the chain’s popular $1 $2 $3 Dollar Menu.
“McDonald’s has a dollar menu right now without a single item that costs $1,” TikToker Anna Arroyo grimaced after showing the limited Dollar Menu items at a Niles, Ohio, location.

I stopped about 2 weeks ago at mcdonald's.... Quarter pounder no cheese, med fries, med soda..... $12.50 + tax. No more fast food for me.

No one seems to think that McDonalds has to pay inflationary prices for products to serve the customers. They do I work there and a business has to make a profit or it shuts down. They have no choice. our little store had to buy a new fryer and it costed 29 thousand dollars.their city taxes skyrocketed, permits, inspections, labor, the list of increases for everything. don`t eat there then, when a pound of hamburger in walmart is over 8 bucks Shut down some more McDonalds and other fast food places and add to the misery of unemployment for we seniors working part time and kids getting their first experience on how to work, be responsible and make some cash, even get a free GED if they quit school and free management degrees. i am really sick of the bashing they get. Hundreds of thousands of kids get work experience and free step up to management degrees. shame..

Thank Bidenomics. Dollar store raised their prices in 2021 and now will be doing it again. Meanwhile Democrats and Rhinos continue to spend tax money hand over fist, send it to foreign countries, start wars, and flood our borders with people who have zero rights to be here. Actual Americans are paying the price for it. People need to learn to vote better ir it just keeps getting worse. I will take mean tweets, $1.79 gas, and an affordable booming economy before this disaster of an administration.

Its funny how successful our country is at bamboozling people into believing that providing a livable wage to employees is what causes a price increase. Instead people need to realize that it is the profit given to stakeholders of this NATIONWIDE MAJOR company that should be reduced instead of prices increased. We are talking about billionaires taking what really amounts to an insignificant cut instead of putting the burden on regular people... regular people they also dont want to pay enough they can live.... its ok to make a profit, its ok to make billions in profits, but its not ok to make your employees & regular people suffer to keep making 2 billion, instead of being happy with billion.

It's definitely an issue when McDonald's menu in other countries are far better but due to garbage US policies and poor regulations, they are feed Americans cheap toxicity banned in other places. Then they also want to replace them with computers.

Employee Benefits are getting slashed too. Before, after 1 year of full time employment, they got 40 hours paid time off. Now, after 15 months, it's roughly 10 hours. 💔 They're also threatening to cut the free meal they get the days they work. Maybe not a huge deal to some, but I think they forgot why they had to beg for workers before. They keep it up, they will again.

One of the reasons why McDonald’s is no longer affordable is the minimum wage in some states. In California, it reaches $20/hour, in Illinois, it’s currently $14/hr and will be $15/hr next year. Something has to give.

Can't speak for other locations, but in California starting April 1st they and many other fast food establishments have to pay their workers $20 an hour. I know that sounds like an April Fool's joke but it's not. It's easy to Google search that California law.

@@dwaynesmith8986 well who is to say how much profit a company is allowed to make. This is that's where the consumer comes in and they can vote with their wallet. But as long as people are paying those prices in the company is making what they feel they should, there's no incentive for them to reduce. But my point was that the prices are going to be even higher AND workers will lose their jobs as something like being forced to pay them $20 an hour will simply accelerate their move toward more customer self-service through apps or in-store kiosk.
