Good comparison video. However, we all know Martin can cook an old school burger on sandwich bread at home that's better than the convenience foods.

Don't always have lettuce at home though. Had to have a jar of pickles, an onion and the lettuce. Trying to match up the flavor of the pickles is impossible cause MCD has their own not available in stores. You are definitely right about the cost factor. Sounds like all three were tasty, but there is only 1 Big Mac.

Great review got to agree with you and with the small thing just toasting the buns makes a lot of difference definitely a good money saving tip for the family who kids want a burger from mcdonald's. Hope you can do more like this really enjoyed it thanks.

Years ago when on the Nightshift we used to enjoy cheap microwave German pork burgers from Netto and nicknamed them "Junkburgers". We must have eaten hundreds of 'em and were still here. These newer microwave "Junkburgers" follow that tradition, cheap, cheerful HOT nourishment at the press of a button. Love the videos!

Yeah those Mattessons U shape curly sausages. Down south, chippies sell something similar, the "Saveloy" sausage. They just don't exist here up North and I think the closest thing to them is the "Mattessons Smoked Pork Sausage Original 160G". I have had dozens of them in the last 6 months. I just have them as a quick snack. 1 Minute in the microwave and it's done. I buy 6 at a time and they are gone in 6 days 😂

Great video Martin, the concentration on your face when tasting is priceless, you take it really seriously which of course is good and definitely fair. I felt for sure the Aldi one would get a good review though, I liked it

Av eaten them all before I like the big Stack one myself. The rustler is my favourite one I normally get them. They sell them in B&M up here the big Stack Tina buys them for me they do sausage burgers as well. 👍

The Rustlers burger is not pure beef. It is bulked out with soya protein and wheat flour. The McDonalds one is the only one that is 100% beef.

I don't know how Aldi get away with it, they sell alot of their own brand copies of major brands that are so close to originals its blatant !! I'm not complaining mind. You guys said, we've got a Bigmac we bought earlier, it's cold, in my experience unless you get a Maccys fresh of the griddle they are near cold even when bought in restaurant. Rustlers are ok for a quick snack. Not tried the Big Stack yet. Cheers both, great review.

I don’t eat meat, but I’m enjoying these comparison videos. Nice to see varied video types and someone doing a genuinely honest review, who isn’t specifically paid to say nice things. Watching this has made me want to go and eat one of those plant based burgers 😂 I’d love to see you try comparing one of the “Beyond Meat” plant-based burgers on a video and see how realistic it feels and tastes to you, as someone who eats meat. They’re pretty pricey for what they are, but I like them and they’re becoming more popular, as more and more people move towards a plant-based diet. 🌱

If you take the mc Donald’s burger apart, scrape all the rubbish and snotty sauce off and clean the burger. Now taste it. There is no taste of meat, nothing, just a round brown thing. The taste you like is the sauce. McDonald’s burgers never look like their picture. I repeat, it’s the sauce you are tasting

Aldis snacksters quarter pounder is better,the big stack meat tastes like cheap kwik save burgers.waste of £1.80.but I've heard the hash browns are good.
