Hi the instructions shows the bass wires goes to 4 ohms solid state and treble wires goes to 8 ohms tubes is that the way? Mine I put both on 8 thanks

Hi I connected my rel sub yellow and red together to + plug 8 ohm of one of my mc901 amp and speakers to the 4 ohm of the same amp(solid state)and black wire to chassy Rel suggested this way for adding 1 sub to mono blocks and by the way I'm using hi level connection of the sub. Is that ok?

Doesn 't matter what is connected. B en W always sounds like B en W so not a very neutral speaker to me..

That was my impression too, until I heard the latest D3 series. Let me tell you that the 800 D3 are among some of the best speakers available now. BTW, I own a pair of Magico’s S3 Mk2, but those 800 D3 are fantastic too!

30k solo i diffusori B&W 800D3, 28k ciascuno per i due amplificatori McIntosh MC901. Altri 25k poi per il pre valvolare e la sorgente McIntosh e tra cavi ecc se ne vanno altri 5k sicuro. Totale secondo i miei calcoli 116 mila euro!

OVER $100K worth of Audiophile system. . . and most of the time caters only to one genre of Music… WHY is that??? … WHEN will I hear TOOL, Audioslave, Nine Inch Nails on these high end systems??
