I like how Walter Peck is one of the few character in this movie that's responsible enough to point out that Phoebe is a minor, and her parents are basically endangering her by allowing her to perform extremely dangerous Ghostbusting tasks. They want the audience to think Walter is an antagonist, when he is absolutely right to say that they shouldn't dangle a 15 year old girl out of the side of a vehicle while waving a proton pack around.
