there is absolutely no need to put more fear in candidates who come across this video... of course don't sugarcoat it too but people wanna be relieved after watching a video like this. Not leave with more fear than they initially had.

Will each interviewer ask questions on all of the 4 topics or if I have 4 interviews then each one will focus on a different PEI topic?

Ask your recruiter, they give all these answer, ask then til they say everything !

Usually your answer for a particular question should at least include 2 aspects. For example: What's the most chanllenge project you've worked on? So you might want to show your problem solving skill as well as personal impact. If you happen to collaborate with others, you might also want to present your leadership skill.

Is "culture fit interview" the same as "PEI interview"? I was told by recuriter my last round would be a 30 mins culture fit interview with a partner but all previous rounds she used the phase "PEI interview".

This sounds a lot like the big tech interviews such as Facebook, Amazon, Google.

Yes! They've borrowed significantly from McKinsey's methods (and improved on them in many ways).

20 follow up questions???? this is the only video where it says this number

Yes! It's a full interview, with a very long list of secondary and tertiary questions. 20 is a pretty standard number, although the interview has the ability to dynamically flex what he or she asks.
