Sir can you plz explain part 3. Section 13 shows 239 a for jk constitution application Section 14 i shows administrator appointed under 239 for jk that is Lt governor.. Section 58.. shows ... Administrator of ut ladakh appointed by presented under 239 ... That's is Lt governor... Section 14 for jk and 58 for ladakh under 239... So tha answe will b 239 ...its. Look like same... Plz explain

Let me clear Your confusion dear Part 3rd of the Act 2019 deals with Representation in Legislatures of ONLY J&K UT (section 8 to 57)* Section 13...says that 239A will be appli to J&K UT Section 14...says that Under Art.239A LG. Will be appointed as an administrator of J&K Ut. As u know Ladakh is a separate UT so it has been given a seperate PART I,e ( Part 4th...Under sec.58) which says that Part 4th and sec.58 deals with Administration of Ladakh UT. 239A is only applicable for J&K, PUDUCHERRY AND DELHI and 239 is applicable for Ladakh and Chandigarh ( UTs without LA)

Sir...please take a look on my comment If you have provided a separate lecture on jk reorganisation Act 2019 in detail.then why you are explaining here again and again... Mcq sessions are for revision, check whether concepts are clear or not..but u are explaining here again...thats not fair...iss se bas time waste hota hai students....my suggestion is that..u just ask mcqs and give answer at the last second...dont explain it here...i hope next mcq session will be without explaining the questions....
