Thanks Gregg, Ron and MD for the update! That was nice of Gregg to come on MD even after he was cut from them. Either way we all should always support each other for we are one big family here. Steve a weekly or every other week show with Gregg rambling on would be really cool! I know so many friends who loved his column but is no more. Who can bring in the volume of people / fans like Gregg??? There is only ONE genuine real as it gets person - Gregg!

If he fell why is it such a secret that he can't reveal it? Overdose or stroke is what I think just speculating obviously Hopefully he does recover and if it was a stroke hopefully he regains full motor control of all his body. That's usually dependent on the time lapsed

No one would put a person in a medically induced coma for a overdose. Induced comas are usually for brain damage or physical damage that is massive, so the person's body can focus totally on healing and not on the pain or discomfort of the injury which can slow healing...

Despite being against the chemistry Piana unintentionally promotes, he's probably the friendliest guy you'll ever find in fitness industry. He's somewhere in between a fitness world of deception and being true to himself and that's pretty difficult position. Enemies on both sides. A lot easier is Mike O'Hear path. Stay true to industry.

If they put him in a medically induced coma; he's not ok. They only do that when other options are rapidly diminishing. Dede Xyz Uhh, theres alot of heavyweight MMA fighters and even powerlifters and strongmen who COULD become bodybuilders if they focus on it. But as Arnold said recently talking about how strongmen are all cutting now yet gaining size and they "look like off season bulking body builders" Yeah bodybuilding is just for looks, the reason the stupid myth of "people this big cant actually do anything" is because you're judging bodybuilders who fucking dont do anything else lol! What about WWE wrestlers like Aaron Reed? 6'7 300lb bodybuilder now. Terry Holland Worlds Strongest Man, dudes #2 in England and competing in EU and the world, dude has an 8-pack with abs and all sorts of crazy shit. Thor The Mountain etc. Plenty of heavyweight UFC MMA fighters, Alistair "Ubereem" back when he was juiced TF up, or more recently Francis Ngannou. The function exists if you train for it lol. You'll have to sacrifice some mass yeah but its kinda the same as being off season for a BB as Arnold said. If alot of these guys wanted to become bodybuilders they could lol.

Rich has hit his head and was put in induced coma. I had a friend training and fell and hit his head. He was placed in induced coma to help the brain recovery and reduce the swelling. Not sure what side effects will happen with Rich . My friend was ok but has no short term memory due to the fall. Wish Rich the best and a full recovery. Love or hate Rich , he is still a human being and deserves nothing but the best of wishes.

Could not agree more. These trolls who are saying crap about Rich are disgusting keyboard cowards. Who gives a damn if Rich takes the juice. The guy obviously hit his head, his brain swelled, and perhaps he needed pressure relief (skull surgery) and there is NO WAY this comes from taking steroids, Growth or anything else gym related. Whatever happened, he hit his head. Done. I know 2 people who have had to be put into induced coma's. One fell off 3-foor step ladder, one had a heart attack checking into a hotel and hit his head on the marble. One recovered fully in a year, and the other is still dealing with issues. But, REGARDLESS of HOW it happened, for God's sake, be decent and respect the guy when he is down. NEVER kick a dog when he's down (never kick a dog - period). God Bless Rich. You WILL be OK. One last thing, if the TMZ news is true (most isn't), why the hell were cops in Rich's house looking for test bottles? They can't do this without a warrant. Why would a warrant be issued? They didn't do this when my friend fell off the ladder.
