I have been driving over 40 years and 7million miles and never ran more than one log book and never put a scratch on a truck only 2 tickets in all that time and i have seen places you will never see , have pulled loads you wouldnt know how to hook up to or load so dont knock us older drivers you havent earned the right yet

I think it's important to understand that new drivers are exactly that. New. Either help them out, or continue to complain about them. Either way, companies have no other options. Ain't nobody growing up these days on farms driving tractors to have any of that running through their blood, but I can tell you one thing for damn sure. They have goals. Dreams. Aspirations. Many have families. Whatever brought them to trucking, help them out, or watch them leave and you pick up the slack for shortages.

I think this just cured me of wanting to equip my motorhome with a CB.

You need to have your modulation cracked open a little bit. You ain't got much swing. You meter should Bing swinging more than that. My Stryker 497 was a talker. My meter bounced like crazy to the right. My current radio Connex 4600 Turbo has alot more swing than my Stryker did though 40W~220W I really loved my Stryker though. It was 30W~135W that color changing is an awesome feature

There are few professionals out there now.. In my opinion, all these major carriers are pushing through people that should not behind the the wheel of a 4 wheeler.. They need a place to live, and are too “spun” out.. “Radio Fuckin cowboys” talking big on the radio, not in front of your face..
