I wrote two stories waiting it to publish as a Novelette. What he says about solo writer is true. Cause i also think similarly like him when i write story, i think visually everything and it can be also challenging as they are very detailed and penning down the details of the character, the actions that follow and the thinking of the character is a complex process but an enjoyable one. I can relate to his style. His style of writing solo is the same as Nic Pizzolatto, the writer of HBO series of "True Detective". Similarly, "Turning Bad" netflix series written by Vince Gilligan was also written solo. However, writer can collaborate together to make a film too. However it works well in allot of Hollywood films and Netflix, Amazon and HBO series. However, writers EGOS can clash that is the problem. For e.g Super Deluxe was written by a few writers however question was it a successful screen play is still a question. However, if you compare "Retha Charithira" acted by Surya the Bombay writer Prashant Pandey write the screenplay solo also, "Arnya Gandam" by Thiagarajan Kumararaja was also solo. So solo writing take time that is the issue so producers need to wait, however you can speed up if you allow many writers to develop the story however wether it will destroy the story only after the film one will know.
