This song is genius. The way it is written is on another level and unfortunately that is lost in translation. He’s referring to the AK47, the gun (his girlfriend ) invented by Russian Klashnekov.

As far as glorifying guns, if you get the lyrics, he often uses his gun against those who deserve it. And so the use of firearms is meant to communicate the idea that he's powerful and he's got the ability, psychologically and literally, to fight with people. It's not that he's telling people to go around and shoot others (and even if he was, his fans are adults, they should figure out how they should behave on their own). It's an aggression/masculine thing, like "I got a gun, and I know how to use it". Aggression is a tool, for good or for bad, and his songs are just representing certain types of people, some good, some bad, artistically. It's not like pro-violence propaganda.
