This sounds promising as a route to investigate. How the microglia gets activated, why and how to deactivate it. I guess NIH has no reason to fund these studies. It is the basic science needed to understand the mechanisms behind me-cfs. How could we progress in the understanding af this illness if no grants are given to do basic science, because not enough evidence? Enough evidencd will be found after basic science is done, not the other way round. Thank you NIH to put desperate people in this catch 22 situation!

I understand the theory but the LDN did nothing for me and I disagree with the die off theory.

@@danashannon8234 Savella helped considerably for 3.5 years then it stopped.

Agreed, LDN does nothing for me either. I get far more benefit from direct sun exposure, Carnigenic diet, and hypoxic breathing

I tried it ldn with all those disease.. Had the books. Did 4 dokters it helps not that mutch.. Alfa lipon acid work better

I had a biopsie.. For small fiber also.. I have all those diseases.. And I studying just 2 survive... Have fybro 15 years.. Have igg2 disfunction.. Me Sheehan lupus... Small fiber.. It's just gets more more.. And they don't do anything

These are important talks for ME sufferers. Next time, please don't ask a feeble voice to assist. Just ask the questions Michael, so we can hear them. Very frustrating.
