I thought this was some sort of opener gag like a gorka impersonation, but then it went on for quite a while and it occurred to me...is this real? Did Minuchin's gold digging troll take some of daddy's cash and make herself a star? I gogoled it up and there was the trailer, and it was absolutely lousy. Perfucto! Flat out stunned.

That opening was unpleasant

Most movies today are disgusting. People get tens of millions to make torture porn horror flicks, unwatchable "indie" movies about losers, and cool army guys shooting stuff. Literally the only redeeming content produced anymore are nature documentaries, Marvel movies and cartoons, which at least deal with universal subjects and are enjoyable to watch. I would literally rather watch the latest Croods movie than watch Frances McDormand be homely and sad in the American west.
