dude, this is probably one of the most well-written comedy bits I have ever seen. What a masterclass in comedic writing, use of audience and setting. I don't know if you'll ever get the recognition you deserve, but this absolutely is among the greats.

Long time fan here, had to take a moment to pause and let you know how much I love you and your comedy. The story at the beginning about seeing someone else grow before you was really beautiful. The fact that you share such deep, personal moments is one of the things that makes your comedy so compelling!

Steve, this was awesome! (No surprise there!) Sometimes, I watch your stuff and just let the jokes roll over me. Other times, I find myself getting caught up in the craft of building a series of jokes into a bit, and then bit after bit into an entire show. More and more, I'm enjoying seeing how you create a show, how what seems like stream of consciousness is really all completely designed. And I love it! It's kinda lame to announce that you "get" another person - far better when they say that you get them - but I feel like I really get your humor and your thought process in general. It's a pleasure to see you work! It really is!

Bravo! Loved every minute of it, especially as a man who's growing out of a conservative upbringing (and whose mother still manages to surprise me with how much she has changed through the years...) Your opening question about hypocrisy hit home for me, and I always appreciate something that can make me think while it makes me laugh.

I"ve had a particularly challenging day, feeling very low on morale. Then I took a chance and watched this special and laughed so much harder than I have in ages. Your comedy is incredible and seeing how you've changed over the years, from older material I've watched, is not just inspiring, but reassuring and encouraging.

Steve, I found you through one of your short videos and you are the first progressive comedian and you made me laugh so much that there were a few tears. I do enjoy Chappell and as a 57 year old trans woman I can still enjoy all types of comedy.

Easily one of the best comedy specials I have seen recently! It is so unique to see a comedy special that is truly thought-provoking, honest and impactful whilst still being funny. Steve, I admire your stage presence and ability to make jokes about personal beliefs, yet somehow makes me feel comfortable voicing my views even if they are opposing. It is refreshing to find a public figure who shares my stance that you can have differing opinions, and still be respectful of one another. For example, if asked, I would advise against having surgery that would dramatically remove a future life path unless necessary, such as removing reproductive organs and eliminating the possibility of reproducing, until your brain (particularly the frontal lobe) is fully developed, +-26 years old, but ultimately, that would only be my advice, and to be quite honest, as long as you are not harming others, I don't really care what you do with your body.

“You can’t put couches in men’s rooms” might be my favorite joke of the year!
