G-Morning Dave, I run RGN, Ours is a hydraulic,. I dump the trk bags,then drop the gooseneck so it clears & releases from trailer. That way it's down as far it's going to go, I pull up away a bit,reinflate trk bags then totally get out of my way to do what I'm going to do. The reason why I do that way is so the gooseneck won't drag on ground.Have you tried it that way?

On turns like them IF IT has a turn lane in the middle of the road I'd get in it and turn from it when clear to do so. If not you do what you did. What ever happened to courtesy, and respect! People now are just as* holes.
