THIS BOX IS NOT DONE. I still need to make trim panels so you will not see any bolts or any rough edges. It should look nice when done and sound even better.
The box will be sealed off from the trunk so there will be NO trunk rattle.

Steve doesn't mess around. When he builds a box, he does it RIGHT. I also think that the LEDs look cool with the bolts showing. But by all means, cover up the edges where the lights show.

i use VE LXi Expert 10.0.2 - its for vinyl cutting. I actually grabbed a logo off the net and then "vectorized" it myself by retracing the whole thing. Now i have a clean copy to use whenever i want :)

Too many people worry about adding a couple hundred lbs. its not a full blown race car or a near stock honda that needs all the hp/weight ratio it can get! This is daily driven beauty right here. love it.

actually the ISF was built for speed. I just added some extra weight to it but its still very fast.

what makes you think this is an SPL car? 1 15" woofer makes it an SPL car? You don't even know what i am gonna do next but you already formed your opinion? Listen bro, thanks for watching the vids for years...but i highly disagree. Its a GREAT look for the lex. Perfect. Besides, the SMD is known for sounding GREAT, not just getting loud. It don't slow the car down any more then having a passenger so i don't know what you are worried about.

i live in California. Unless it has a CA Carb # on it and it is commercially available, i am not putting a turbo on my car. There is probably 1, maybe 2 known ISF's out there with them and one doesn't exist anymore IIRC. Pretty crazy you happen to live by the only guy who has one. Get some pics and post them :)

im realy a guy my name is dane. melanie is my wife i just use her computer.lol. real talk your prob the best installer iv seen your most all in house. other techs use outsourced resources for alot of there many components but seeing you do most of it out of your shop and it turns out ''world class'' is awsome. if people only knew what it takes to get on your level. and stan and his bike was badass man. i commented on that too man i thought that was great. like i said in my comment ;he dont even know what hes in for;lol yor the real deal and it shows. keep bangin brah. let the haters hate.

i think it looks really sick being able to see where it lights up around all of the bolts, i think they should be able to be seen, maybe get some bolts with chrome heads on them so they still look showy and clean.

you do realize that just because your enclosure is tuned to 38hz, it wont play a 38hz tone the loudest out of all the frequencies in the responsive bandwidth, you tune for a specific response curve, the only thing significant that happens at the enclosure's tuning frequency is that its the frequency of minimal piston travel.

when i isolate the cabin from the trunk, all rattles go away, unless the shit up front starts making noise. It will be 100% better when i finish thejob. stay tuned.

Should keep with a plexiglass/lights theme. Maybe do a stairstep amp rack out of plexiglass in the spare tire area? That way all the amps can be shown while still keeping it compact. Have to do some major fans in there though...

Ill see if i can find the guy. Its a white isf w/ a huge fmic, not sure if its a sc or a turbo, but forced induction none the less. Thats crazy, i forgot about the whole carb number thing out there. You can slap a turbo on anything in PA for the most part.
