Y'all!! This meal prep was so easy and so delicious!
Pesto chicken bake (5 ww points):
2 T rice
Raw chicken, I used close to one breast each
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 T Pesto
1 T Nonfat greek yogurt
Cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup FF mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients and cook in oven on 350 for 30 minutes!

I just LOVE how easy you make these. I also love that I hear your kids and life going on in the background, it definitely more my speed then some of the other way complicated meal preps.

I stumbled onto your channel and I am so glad I did! I'm also so glad that weight watchers changed their program from PersonalPoints to their Points program. For me, it makes it so much easier to follow others and get inspiration. I was not a fan of the PersonalPoints program even more so because you couldn't really follow anyone for meal ideas since no one had the same point value in foods. Please keep posting these types of videos. You're such a positive vibe ✨️ 🙌

Made the rice pesto chicken prep. I used spinach instead of tomato and more chicken broth, cooked longer and came out delicious and sooo easy. Will definitely make again!

Yes, so hard to stay on track when eating out. I’ve found a few places that have things I can have so unless it’s my birthday or a holiday, I stick with those.

You could add 1 slice of Canadian Bacon for 0 points if you wanted. But the sandwich and lunch meal prep looks delicious! Loving all your videos🙂💕

Since you don't toast the muffins first (or did you?) how do you heat up the breakfast sandwich? Do you not need to toast them?

That looked so delicious! I don't have any of those bowls. Do you think it would be possible just to increase the quantity of everything and bake in a 9x13 Pyrex and divide it up?

When I plug all this in (as I made it for dinner last night and I was delicious) it came out as 3 WW points. Am I missing an ingredient? Haha
