In this video, I share with you our weekly meal prep, or rather what we ate for dinner for a whole week. I cooked white rice, spaghetti, beans, minced meat stew, catfish stew, kale, and fried some meat.

Samosas and chapos are great meal prep snacks, they freeze well and are easy to heat up

The food looks yummy......next time add tomato paste to the fish sauce to make it thicker .....Waaaah ...mama noted you don't clean your 🍚 rice...???????.why now?.
