Chicken wings recipe is as simple as i have explained in the voice over. The last part i put it back in the oven for only 10min at a temperature of 210 degrees.

FRIED RICE RECIPE;
Ingredients;
Sweet corn, 1 carrot, green peas, cashew nuts (roasted), chicken breast, rice, onions and garlic.
1. 1st pan fry the chicken cubes till they turn brown. When done set them aside.
2. On the same pan fry all the onions, then garlic, when cooked, add all the other ingredients except rice.
NOTE; Soak the rice in hot water before hand.
3. Add some soy sauce (this is optional) and salt.
4. Add the rice and very little water. Turn the heat low and let it cook slowly.

ROASTED VEGETABLES;
Vegetables used; Cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, red and yellow pepper, white onions and red onions. Salt them, add some olive oil. Roast in the oven for 20 min at a temperature of 210 degrees.

ROASTED CASHEW NUTS
Place the nuts in a casserole, make sure no nuts are on top of each other. Add some salt and oil. Roast in the oven for 15 min at 175 degrees. Keep checking them cause they burn pretty fast.

CHICKEN STEW
I just fried it with onions and tomatoes. Added chilli cubes and chicken masala as spices. For soap use the chicken broth.
