I never thought you needed to lose weight but I can see a difference in your face, it looks thinner but also fresher & radiant. Cant say ive ever told a mother of an infant they are looking fresh & radiant. I'm positive you're most likely feeling exhausted but you definitely hide it well.

It’s amazing how much you can get done! Nothing is quite as amazing as a wife and mother when she has a plan and a list !

You need a list to cross off so you feel you accomplished something?!! Honey you do not need a list for that. Just look around you. You have accomplished most people’s dreams. You’re amazing. Thank you for all the information on flour. I am 53 & just learning how to bake & really struggling. This one information really helps!

I saved “drippings” from a couple different meals for the first time ever, and added them to potatoes/carrots side dish cooked in the oven. My husband could not stop raving about how good they were and ate every last bit! I love the sink strainer idea for the canning jars, too. Thanks!

Right! It was so brilliant! I have a bunch of them bc I got a multipack from Amazon years ago and didn’t know what to do with the extra “strainers”.

It's amazing what can be achieved in an hour!! I often put things off I think they will take forever, occasionally I time a job and realise it was only minuets. 😂 It changes mindset. When my children were small they were in charge of making bread. I could cook with them alongside joining in, but no risk of them ruining a recipe as they were just making bread, even if they got it wrong, it wasn't an expensive mistake. Watching your impatient little man, made me remember ❤ He could spend a lot of time mixing and kneading bread 😂😂

Jessica, I did your pantry/freezer challenge and I actually made it until March 11th without having to go to the store. It was incredible how much stuff I had in my freezer and cupboards that I had forgotten about. I did a huge grocery haul on the 11th to totally restock. I saved so much money in those 3 months and the restock really didn’t cost as much as I thought it would. Will definitely do this again.

Awe, Happy Birthday Grace. 🎊🍦🍨🎂🎉. The kids are growing up so fast. As I have been told, “ stop feeding them Miracle Grow”, lol David is such a good baker. Its cool how he makes b-day cakes for his siblings. Its not always easy cooking for a large family, we have 10 in our house. 7 kids who eat all the time, lol. Thanks for all the cooking ideas and alternatives. 💜

If you only put a small amount of water in your blender with the cashews and then blend, the cashews will blend up better. Then add the rest of the water and blend again. You will not have as much “waste”, and get more of the cashew goodness in your milk. Of course like you said, pre soaking the cashews makes a big difference as well.

Jessica, this was an excellent video. I very much enjoyed all you accomplished while the baby napped! A mother’s resourcefulness is a gift from God and it takes the discipline of that mother to make the most use of the time available. We bought bulk wheat berries for grinding so I really appreciated all the information you shared as well as the actual visual of you grinding those berries into flour and also, the sifting! Thx bunches for sharing your family life with us. I’m a 74 yo great grandmother and the wholesomeness of your family life and your godly views of children and family encourages me! Blessings, Susan
