Ooh those tandoori thighs with halloumi on the garlic ciabatta looks delicious Vicki, they ate in my meal plan as I'm doing my meal plan / food shop list for shopping tomorrow. The koftas look livejy as well. I've actually been looking through some of your meal videos this afternoon & on my meal plan already is your homemade stuffing done in the slow cooker, you served it on sub rolls with cranberry sauce, & fries looked absolutely gorgeous, so I'm going to make it Saturday, we going out sat night so thought I make the stuffing on sat morning, whack it in slow cooker, then will have it on rolls sat tea time & have the rest with a chicken dinner on Sunday or just freeze it. All I need to get Is pork mince as I'm.not keen on sausages, & some chestnuts. Really like watching what you cook, I live cooking & am quite good, maje own recipes up etc but nice to see what some1 else is cooking.

Those flat breads are so nice with some red onion chutney on top before putting in the oven/air fryer. It goes nice and sticky.
