No...she was very mean, she used him to make her boyfriend jealous and then ditched him when he outlived his usefulness. And if she did ask him to play the role, would any self-respecting man do that?

@@mkordellas Aha...well, I reckon the fact that her boyfriend is cheating on her should be proof enough of what he really feels for her. If she was a high value woman, she wouldn't fall for his manipulation and would break up with him. But ultimately, Lenny did the right thing by wising up in the end and telling her to get lost. I think another lesson for anyone out there is to never settle for less no matter how insecure someone makes us feel about ourselves. There’s always someone better and knows us better/treats us better. Another issues that come with break ups are the resentment/jealousy and threat some people feel toward it. Sometimes experiencing a break up does not have to be such a negative thing but something for every person out there to learn and grow from it. Better to not force/push someone else to want to continue on and instead just acknowledge it with grace.

@@carolinewilson8048 First of all, I never said she was a decent girl anywhere in my comment because she most definitely is not. That came from when she said to Lenny when he tells her to get lost that he would never find a decent girl and that she was the best he would find. If I were him, I would have asked her that question and then laughed in her face. And secondly, yes...she was on a date alright but it is plainly obvious that she was just using Lenny to get back at Derek because she clearly still has feelings for him but wanted to spite him (because he was cheating) into coming back to her so used Lenny to do so by pretending to be interested in him with the so-called ''damsel in distress'' act and asking him out on the date. I bet she never had any intention of telling Derek that she was done thus she took advantage of Lenny's feelings towards her and then ditched him when her boyfriend came back. She was far from a victim here. If anyone should have been assertive, it was Lenny and he was in the end.
