I don't know how mant countries did and didn't sign the agreement but Russia, Ukraine, and the US are some of the only ones that still allow cluster munitions so you could argue that they are war crimes honestly

yeah i paid 100 for my mouse, i can relate though ive had cheaper mouses an the middle scroll would suck or freak out, the mouse i bought actually replaced a faulty middle scroll so totally get it. Its a common thing though in certain mouses i think, they tend to go first, the middle scroll, depending how they built it, brand etc.
