This measures transform limited pulse duration, not real pulse duration. You can measure the laser spectrum, and do a Fourier transform, and then you can get the same results.

hi! i like your video, but i have some questions, do you use autocorrelation? can you make phase retrival and recover the shape of the pulse?

Yes, to measure the coherence length. Not to measure the pulse duration.
