This information is so relevant given the recent push by the World Economic Forum for the masses to eat less meat.

It's not just an allergy to food. I've just been diagnosed with alpha gal syndrome, and all of my topical products are causing reactions on my skin and my scalp. My hair is falling out and my facial cleansers and lotions are causing my skin to burn and become red and flaky.

Totally. I’m with you there. Dx two weeks ago with Alpha Gal and Lymes. Nightmare. Heart issues. Never prior -now heart arrhythmias and palpitations. All dairy. All supplements have to be discarded Bc of contamination even vegetarian and some vegan and skin and hair products. Terrible burn on scalp first time ever after shampoo with product I’ve always used.. Such an unfortunate start to summer but not giving up. However, so uncomfortable with daily living and fear of more exposure now living in the country so leaving LI for a city. Good luck!

@Lex-67 I'm sorry that has happened to you, too! Also, I'm not sure I understand how we would be allergic to vegetarian and vegan products. Could you please explain? Also, where is LI?

Vegan uses carrageenan which comes from red algae which contains the same alpha galatose as mammal

I suffer from Alpha Gal. I was bitten by the Lone Star Tick in Alabama around 2010. If I eat beef I have intense stomach pain. I no longer eat beef.

My uncle got alpha gal last year. Broke my heart that he couldn't enjoy sausage stuffed mushrooms anymore. This past Thanksgiving, i made him some vegan ones so he could once again enjoy stuffed mushrooms with the family again.

I believe you can have the Alpha gal allergy without ever having seen any tick ever.

I know of a person that got this red meat allergy, which makes him extremely ill. But get this...he can eat venison! This is the 1st time I have ever heard this. I've had Lyme for 17 yrs., and three coinfections. I was so ill I thought I would die. Didn't know I got bit or never had a bulls eye rash or any rash. My knee got sore, then very painful. That was my 1st symptom, undiagnosed for 3 yrs. But gee, I got a knee replacement! Didn't need one. I really wanted to share this information about this person able to eat venison. Has anyone heard of this ? 22:06

Hi yes this is all manufactured by the people trying to enforce the mark of the beast ,whatever it is has nothing to do with a tick but the Pope of Rome for this plan to take out everyone's rights and enforce satan's mark which is Sunday, the true sabbath is Sunday. The vaccines given to slaughtering animals is needed to be looked at. God bless you to see the truth.

Fume reactive to everything mammal is much harder than giving up meats. I can't be around meats, cheese cooking. Can't drive by a cow farm or dead skunk without fume reactions. I had to change all cleaning products, toiletries and even toilet paper.

Once you had this horrible unbearable, severe itching for several nights, so bad that you think you’re going to die, you will never ever eat meat again! No meat the rest of your life. Period.

My question would be ; Can dogs contract Alphagal ? If so how would the owner know , what symptoms would a dog have . And if that don't fall victim to this disease then how ? Perhaps dogs and Alphagal needs further study .

Well, I think I have found my problem. I never had bad sickness until I got tick bite back about 10 to 11 years ago. I went down with all kinds of symptoms that would make you think Lyme, but the test came back negative (took 21 day high dosing Doxycycline for me to feel well again), but I still had issues with no common connection. BP went up, migraines more often than not, peri menopause was weird (still have not went 1 year without spotting, last time was in September 2016 and I am 64) yeast infection that was from mouth all the way out the other end, took a year and multiple doses of Fluconasol and the pink crap you take by mouth to get over that..... and a constant popping of hives on my face, at least one to two times a week.... eggs have been the most noticeable thing these past two years. I have gotten to where if I eat them, I get a yukky tummy and I ate them last night at supper (and bacon), woke up with face hives and OH YES, the heart arrhythmia, that I have had on an almost constant since the tick bite. To make a long story short, this morning after hubby and I were up for a few, he said something about it and then a little ding ding ding went off in my head.... Don't take flu shot if allergy to eggs.... Don't ask me why but that thought made me look it up and sure enough, the symptom's fit me like a glove to a hand. So I went searching out info this morning and the further I went, the more it all began to come together. "The tick bite" and all my symptoms (there are more) led me to the great possibility that this is my problem. I have leaky gut, I have high BP now, I have hormone issues, I have migraines from time to time and the heart out of rhythm, you name it, it's all in there!!!!! And oh yes, I live in the heart of the area most affected (south central Kentucky). But I do have a problem with the doctors here, none of them have a clue on much of anything and they will turn you off in a heartbeat if you come at them with wanting to get tested for such. I have been told it was all in my head before, and I know for damn sure my problems are NOT a head thing, they are for real!!! And I am soo tired of suffering this crap when it could just all be this simple? I am going to research this more, but I think now I am finally on the right track. Thank you so much for this video, it makes everything come together for me and appears to be the key that fits the lock I have been struggling to find for 10-11 years now!!

Mam, If you have a facebook account, look up alpha gal on your search bar (on fb) We have many support groups. There's lots of us with this "allergy". See an allergist! Get a blood test for Alpha gal igE. (Not a scratch test) Antihistamines help tremendously! Doctors are not all up to speed on this yet. But the allergist will help.

The bacon you ate would be the problem, not the eggs, at least with alpha gal. And since alpha gal is an allergy, if you remove the allergens, you should be fine. This includes topical products like shampoos, soaps, and lotions, but definitely beef, pork, and foods with carageenan.

All mammal products. Butter, milk, lard, gelatin, lanolin, tallow lotions, even sugar because of the bone char filters.

So, you think you developed Alpha Gal immediately after being bitten? I'm trying to find a time frame, I pulled 2 lone star ticks from my daughter 3 days ago, just trying to figure out when she might be in the "clear"

The best option is to find out for sure and not leave it chance. Have you taken your daughter to her pediatrician? Tests is the first best step

So does everyone who gets bit by a lone star tick automatically have this allergy? I understand the blood test but I'm confused about waiting to eat meat after this tick bite. I feel like it's playing Russian roulette.

It's a simple blood test. But get tested because the reaction is violent. No, not every bite from a Lone Star tick.
