Ralph wants to go to "Bovine University". (part of another running joke of Ralph being dumb and flighty) I make that thirty-two gags in under three minutes, an average of one every 5.4 seconds. A lesser animated comedy, or a modern Simpsons episode, might achieve half that rate on their very best day; more likely, they'd manage four or five in total, each one beaten to death and beyond. There's a reason there's not a comedy writer alive who doesn't admire classic era Simpsons. Did I miss any?

A Twitter follower of mine pointed out that there are at least four or five gags in the "food chain" diagram alone, that you'd need to pause the video to fully digest (no pun intended), so the real number could well be nudging the forties. Un. Real.
