The BBQd pork is good because he uses fatty meat which makes it juicy and moist. Same as one restaurant in Jakarta but most stalls in Singapore use leaner meat so it's a bit tough and dry and somehow the skin is never crunchy. Not so for the resto in Jakarta.

If this is in taiwan how come the customer was speaking in cantonese? In taiwan the language used in daily life is mandarin chinese or hokkien. I hope the location is the truth bcs this video looks like a rehashed. P/s Judging from the number plates of the vehicles the location is not taiwan but most probably malaysia. A lot of videos purposely mislead on location which is morally wrong. It's easier/cheaper to use rehashed videos. You can't use a scene taken in one country and claim it took place in another. Once I saw a video claiming it was a flooded classroom in one country but I recognised the pic of the ruler of a particular state in a particular country so I knew the video creator lied so here you could be lying too??? Hopefully this is NOT STOLEN VIDEO. Viewers know that Cate Food Travel focuses on all food taiwanese. The FLAG hanging from the shop at 29:42 definitely belongs to MALAYSIA so how could you claim this to be taiwan???? I have finally discovered you're so HUMBUG too Lolz.

The reason they have to scrape of that real black burnt , is all tomdo with adding cheap charcoal thats been soaked in paraffin, if using this charcoal you cantcaddcit to exsisting white hot coals its gotta burn of the impurities from the fuel thats been added to the charcoal
