Hello and welcome back to my channel today I will be making Gambian Meat Pie.
Below are the list of ingredients use in today’s recipe.
500g minced beef
Plain flour 3 cups/ 500g
Olive oil 1 teaspoon
Butter 40g
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Garlic& Ginger minced 1 teaspoon
1 chopped onion
Spring onions 1 bunch
1 Scotch bonnet chopped - you can use any chilli
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
1 jumbo cube
A pinch of salt
10g of flour for kneading
Generous amount of oil for fry
