2 lbs ground beef
1 egg
3 tbsp green seasoning
1 tsp meat seasoning
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
gravy
1 large onion Chopped
1/4 of a large red bell pepper
1/4 of a large green bell pepper
6 cloves garlic Chopped
2 inches of grated ginger
3 stalks of thyme
1 habernero pepper
Chopped green onions
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup brown stew seasoning sauce
1/4 cup flour
3 tbsp butter
2 cups beef broth
1/2 tsp complete seasoning
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar

I use breadcrumbs in mine to hold it together but will def give this a try and always make homemade gravy. Nothing better, new subscriber

Shout out from San Francisco, The Bay Area. I just used yr recipe, I fresh ginger is part of my grocery staples. I had a piece left. Glad I didn't have to run to grocery store. I pretty much usually have the staples for recipe's I get off utube. I liked the brown sugar. Many folks don't know brown sugar. don't make yr meal sweet like white suge

Was the texture too soft? Did you fry in deep oil ?

@@candythaglamcook the texture started off good. No deep fryer. But maybe I used to much oil.

@@ms.pthiam6725 yes if you added the egg to hold it together and just alittle oil it should not fall apart. But I understand how you could do everything right and still have that happen. Sometimes these things do happen I'd say give it another try and see how it turns out. Good luck
