Here we go from Meathook to the reverse triangle with either a thumb up grip or the “dead meat”. The thumb up grip is a key detail for keeping inside control. And the dead meat is a nice option to still be able to work for the triangle when they are clinching your leg. This class was taught at 10th Planet Las Vegas.
