I like it, especially for the application. Ditching and related works are usually on soft ground, the extra floatation from the trailer axle could be quite useful.

In my previous comment I was refering to the chasis. The dealer here say that Mecalac does not offer this as an option on their machines.

Dont really see any bonus this has over avnormal trailer

There is no need to invest in a trailer and the height of transportation will stay below 4 metres. Also this combination can access rough terrain where most trailer combinations can't. Thereby the frame functions as an extra diesel reservoir and the extra wheels function as stabilizers while working aside and ensure lower ground pressure.

Got to cost as much as a real trailer but not so versatile + easy to damage even if you can apply a virtual 'fence' to it. Overall 5 squashed tomatoes 🍅

Can only carry one attachment on the boom, needs to be able to have a deck. Maybe you can add a trailer to the rear for all those.
