About the offer
Users rent their scooter by paying every 1, 3, or 24 months of their choice. They receive it from the first payment sent, no deposit is required, and the scooter is guaranteed throughout the subscription (we send spare parts, scooter or replacement battery in case of problem.) And at the end of the 24 months of subscription, they can become the owner of the scooter by adding 29 €.
Users can rent a second battery for a price ranging from €9.95 (standard battery) to €14.95 (long range battery) per month.
For prices:
These vary according to the type of payment chosen (the more the customer pays in advance, the less it costs) and the type of scooter. If a person pays for the ES 210 scooter subscription in one go, this corresponds to a price of €23.95 per month.
Protocol in case of damage:
The customer contacts us on the Chat (augment.eco/fr). He simply has to send a photo and describe the problem, and we send the necessary to the customer (or provide him with the explanations necessary to solve his problem). If they don't want to make the changes themselves, or if it's the scooter that has a problem, we send a replacement scooter.
How it works: we send him a replacement scooter in a box, as well as a free return slip. Thus, the customer can return his scooter to us in the same box as the one he receives, stick the return slip on it, and return to the nearest relay point (large relay point network) www. dpd.fr/recherche-relais
