Please explain this one so I don’t understand. Because if you put the weight on the further part of the ledge then it’ll just buckle...

@arealassassin
@arealassassin 4 жыл бұрын
Which part of the cog? The rotational speed is the rpm of the shaft to which it is attached. Your question is not specific enough. The tooth tip will travel faster than a point close to the center of the cog. Are you asking for revolutions per minute, or speed of a point on the cog i.e; feet/sec, mph...?

Number 5 should be A, because it’s given that there are 3 spots for the weight to go, and assuming z is on the end of the scale, 2 spots over would be X, so it’s like; Z Y X ^ X Y Z , with the arrow in the middle being the center of the beam

For Answer 6: Answer will be 2 switches we have to close as given in the video. Explanation: It's a basic rule. If you need to light up the bulb, you need a complete close circuit. If you close only one switch, it won't give you a complete circuit. One needs at least 2 switches to be turned off to light the bulb.

Question 5 isn’t fair because you don’t know the ratio of the sizes nor the weight so most logical guesses would be A. B would be the second guess but it’s impossible to be right without knowing the weights or ratio of weights. Also on question 10 when you word it with pull the mass object over with, my first instinct was C due to the fact I thought you meant horizontally. A is the obvious answer if you are trying to “tip” it over or rotate it. If you could edit this video and make it a bit clearer it would really help.

I read it as such… position B is same distance as item Z is sitting from balancing point, while position A would be closer and position C further away. Since we know item X is heavier than item Z, item X needs to be closer to the balancing point to account for its heavier weight. How much closer is not important since we don’t know each items weight. Further away from the balancing point the heavier the item, think sea-saw.

Really? This assumes that X equals Z in weight. However, it was given that X weighs more. Thus, at distance B (where BOTH X & Z are equidistant wrt fulcrum) X will actually be favoured. Thus, cannot be C or B, so must be shorter distance A @@matthewabernathy7563

Q5 is very tricky as the length of block Z is shorter therefore more weight will be add on. Block X should move in the middle which is B to compensate to make it balance.

Where on the video does it shoe that X weights more than Z. Assuming just get people killed. Aptitude test need to be more clear on its questions and drawings, in order for it to be a far test. But to your answer, you would be wright, assuming X weights more than Z.

Q5. There can be no answer without knowing how much z or x weighs.. because picture lines can be deceiving in height or width...how much heavier is x to z ...the answer could be ..A or B or it could be in-between A and B ...maybe just B🤷🏿‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

2. Clockwise 5. We need more info. It can't be C because the heavier weight will shift to the floor while the lighter weight will be in the air. But it is unclear how much heavier the weight is than the left one. The heavier the weight, the further in toward the center it will need to be placed. Therefore, I will say A however, it could also be B if it's not quite that heavy. 8. B 11. B 12. A
