This mechanical seal is a cartridge mechanical seal. Indians basically do not make adjustments. They can install it as they are disassembled. If you need to re-set the compression for this kind of mechanical seal, you can add or subtract gaskets at the gland seal. Because the inner hole of the mechanical seal sleeve in the video does not have a shoulder fit, you can add or subtract a gasket at the rear end of the sleeve to change the amount of compression if allowed. I think you should understand the specific measurement. Sorry I don't know English, the translation software I use.
