22:11 What did Khaled mean when he asked why we use SIMV +PS? Isn't it the best mode for ARDS patients in intensive care?

No SIMV PS mode is not the best and I do not see a reason why you should use it, better to do PRVC on all patients and when ready to wean you do SBT
