Hi, I'm carrying out an analysis of critical flutter velocity as part of my aeronautical engineering degree... its a binary aeroelastic equation with frequency independent aerodynamics based on the routh-hurwitz method. If possible I was wondering if you could explain what the terms a, b, c, e, q, p, and r relate to?
