When I had it , they literally gave me no treatment but an inhaler. Then i watched a chinese girl who survived ir , her tips were Zinc , D and C. The only time in my life i could "feel" vitamins do something. Tylenol did nothing , but the Vita's made me feel better.

I am over 40 with kidney disease, and my husband is over 50 with diabetes. We both got covid back in August along with out kids who live with us. Only had a fever for a couple days and some body aches, but nothing bad. I am a nutritionist and we eat very healthy. We upped our intake of zinc, quercetin, vitamin C, vitamin D3, NAC, selenium, drank lots of water and rested. This doesn't have to be a death sentence even for vulnerable people like us. You just have to know how to take care of the body, and no one is talking about this! Thank you for finally addressing this!

This is the type of story that the MSM should be covering. Instead they stick to the fear mongering and pitting one group of people against the other. This is so much more beneficial and may save lives.

I'm cov positive, about day 7. I'm in my 40s and athsmatic. Ive been doing all the vitamin interventions and more,, and Ivermectin. My lungs have been tight for the last 3 days (ok during day, worse at night.) Last night my lungs were tighter than I'd like. I delayed doing another albuterol neb after watching this video I turned our hot tub up to 104. It wasn't pleasant and I couldn't breathe great for thr 20 minutes I was in it. As soon as I got out and in a cool shower my lungs opened right up...it was amazing! I didn't even neb before bed, bit I took my albuterol inhaler just for good measure though I didn't feel I needed it. This morning I haven't had any inhaler or neb and my lungs are still pretty good! I'll cut back on the nebs and start daily hot tub therapy ;) !!

Excellent Advice. My mother back in the '50s and '60s knew about this technique of heat therapy. We had a wet sauna cabinet, in which one would sit and be brought up to a sweating temperature. There was a tray of water that would be brought up to boiling temperature inside the cabinet under the seat. One would zipper themselves into the cabinet with leather flaps to keep the steam inside the cabinet. My mother knew about the results of this study in Europe that Dr. Seheult referred to. Whenever we got sick she would have us get into this cabinet and have us start sweating and then take a cool shower. At the time thought my mother was a little eccentric.

Thank you for your videos. They have been incredibly helpful . My husband and I are recuperating from covid. He is 76 years old with asthma and hypertension. Thankfully, we never panicked nor were we fearful. We've been taking the supplements. I think what's helped us the most are the jacuzzi soaks, twice a day. Also breathing exercises and sitting up, stretching and walking. The jacuzzi broke up congestion in our chest, dilated our blood vessels, hopefully stimulated our innate immune system. We made ourselves get out of bed, refused to remain lying flat for extended periods. We could breathe better when we were sitting up. Sometimes the exhaustion was terrible but we made ourselves walk, even if only down our long hallways and back. We learned to be proactive, thanks to your channel and others like it. I truly believe my husband would have ended up in the hospital if we didn't take action against the virus from day 1 of symptoms.

Great video; over 60, had cancer twice and lost my jawbone and half of my lower face. Before that, I was so unhealthy from drinking, smoking and eating nothing but junk food. Losing half of my face made me turn my lifestyle around. Now I mostly eat from my garden, and I feel so good. (well, I can't eat; I have a feeding tube) around six months ago, I was in contact with someone who had Covid. He got sick, and nothing happened to me, but I still stayed away from everyone for a week . again great video

As a student of Wildwood we are taught to do a number of different hydro treatments to induce fever . Russian steam bath, fever bath, and fomentations to the chest are the main methods . You always watch the patient by keeping their head cool, prevent chilling, and keep them hydrated . All these supplementations are great in all and I take everything except for melatonin because I get good sleep, but all the supplements in the world cannot compensate for an unhealthy lifestyle . Poor diet, late hours , inactive lifestyle , no fresh air or sunlight no peace of mind . Our only hope for better things is in educating the people in right living .

My wife got covid while I was on a hunting adventure. I came home to take care of her. I was with her for a week and never got covid symptoms. I can contribute this to a few causes. My exposure to sub freezing temperatures while on stand, and taking quercetin, zinc, vit-c, melatonin, nac. My wife was also on quercetin and zinc prior to infection. She was treated with hcq and a antibiotic from her primary care physician ( functional medicine doctor). She was fully recovered in a week and we were biking within a week enjoying the rest of her mandatory time off together doing fun stuff.

Thank you, Dr. Seheult. I've been watching since these updates began and based my supplement regimen on your advice. I've been taking vitamins since February for the first time in my life. I recently contracted COVID and it amounted to a mild head cold. No fever, no breathing issues, no fatigue. To God goes all the glory but I believe your regimen aided in the mild run of the disease. I am nearly 50 and when I tested positive I upped my vitamin C to 3000 mg from 1000 mg and added glutathione and went from 1200 mg to 2400 mg of NAC a day. Three weeks later and I am feeling fine. Thank you both. I just found out after feeling nauseous, my left arm hurting and severe sweating. Then, going to the emergency. That I have Covid. I opened my home to a person I trusted. Without making sure this person wore a mask and within two days of allowing this person to stay at my home, I got sick. As an Asthamtic, I made the decision to get vaccinated, and I'm thankful I did. I stayed at the hospital for 8 hours and was isolated, of course. I invited the person in my home on the 8th and on the 10th of January 2022. I was sick. This new Omicron spreads like a wild fire. For two years and almost two weeks, Covid never entered my home or body. Be careful who you let in your home and make people wear a mask and get tested. My symptoms are severe headaches but not a normal headache. But a beyond painful headache, fever 102.5, now two days later, my temp is 100, but it goes up and down. At least I know my body is fighting this virus; chills beyond, oh, how I hate feeling cold because it's hard to get warm. But that's part of the fever. Severe coughing with yellow/greenish phlegm. But at least it's coming out. Body aches, but I push myself to move my body. I can feel the virus attacking various parts of my body; every day is different. From my eyes hurting to my ears hurting, to my knees hurting, it's a strange virus, and it pops up in various unusual places on your body. I even have a bruise on my top inner arm. That's weird. Not taking much fever meds. I want the fever to do its thing and fight Mr Covid. In saying that, drink tea, eat soup, drink fluids, and buy medicine that will loosen the phlegm. I have experienced close to serious coughing spells. That's not fun. But vacation in your room and wear an N95 mask when you leave your bedroom. I have teenagers in my home and adults. Call your doctor for a Zpack if you feel it's getting worse. Rest watch movies catch up on your reading and listen to some good music. PS: If you choose not to get vaccinated, your choice. I chose what was best for me. 😊

When I got sick I just wrapped up in blankets & drank hot tea to bring up my body temp. I also declined tylenol or other meds to bring down my temp. I was sweating for sure!

Great info! I've been watching these MedCram videos on Covid-19 for over 6 months now and I feel like they're super informative. I've been taking vitamin D, vitamin C, zinc, Quercitin, NAC, and Melatonin for that long too and I've been following all precautions, haven't gotten sick yet- fingers crossed.

I just lost my 85 year old father to complications from Covid-19. We live in Riverside County, in a place called Anza, which is 4,000 ft above sea level. December 8, 2020, my father and I got hit with the Covid-19 virus, then on December 14, 2020, symptoms manifested, and Dad was rushed to Temecula Valley Hospital because he had issues breathing. The paramedics measured his oxygen at 92%, using that tool, that you talked about. Anyhow, after two weeks, my father didn't make it. He was able to fight off the virus, but the initial infection started some kind of chain reaction. My Dad's kidneys started to fail, they were operating at 13%, soon the Doctors at TMV, informed us that he may not make it. Truth was... his body began the 'active dying' process. Dad was my best friend, he was father, and I'll miss him. The hardest part, and deepest pain, is not being able to say goodbye. I'm now Covid-19 positive, and my self-imposed quarantine is still ongoing. I've got a five acre ranch with livestock, sheep and goats. Everyday, I'm in the sun, continuing the work of my family. Wish me luck.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for this open discussion. It’s so refreshing, and hopeful, to see an MD touching on the subject of alternatives. I’m an alternative health person, having not touched any kind of prescription or man made medication since 1995. You have done my heart good and have given me strength to stand up to those who feel I should get the jab.

Pray for protection for people at higher risk of developing the disease. Dear Lord, we lift to You our concern for people at high risk of becoming severely ill from COVID-19 - the elderly and people with chronic health conditions. Protect them from the virus and be their comfort in this time of uncertainty and, for many, preventive isolation from loved ones. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. -1 Peter 5:7 (NIV) Amen !!!

Outstanding video. This should be required viewing for everyone on the planet. I had COVID and did all these things (besides antibodies) for months and barely felt anything at all. My parents are VERY high risk, did about half these things under my guidance and only had very mild flu-like symptoms. I truly believe if everyone did these things then there would be zero reason for any more economically devastating lockdowns.

Dr. S., Thank you for this “home triage/treatment” protocol. This combined with staying up to date on the latest EVMS MATH+ Protocol can be a life saver is you live in a remote area, or are in an area where the hospitals are overwhelmed and you have to treat yourself at home. If you can find or have a local doctor who can/will call in some the “helpful” prescription drugs that you can use will also be useful. Can’t name those here or the sensors will have a fit!

What is the status of the studies of Ivermectin. I know a Doctor(representing 2,000 doctors) that went before Congress said it needs to be studied. In areas of South America Ivermectin have used with great success. If this can save lives why not test it and use it?

Nice to see a doctor with some great nutrition background. When I was a Nursing student in the early 1970's I studied Nutrition, a required 4 credit class required for Nursing students. Our Instructor made the point that by the time we graduated we would have more nutrition credits than any Medical student in the University just down the street! And who prescribes nutrition advice ? Not nurses! I will never forget her statement! I hope things have changed in Medical school education!

If u take vit D you need to take K2 with it it absorbs much better. I could never get my vit D level up no matter how much I took then when I tried it with the vit K2 my lab results were finally normal.

That’s right about not treating the fever above 101 is what my family and friends did. Let them know that the body is fighting for you so get protein and broth and water. Take the nutrients, we did do Hot baths and massage with warm oil and essential oils like lavender and peppermint oil and warm olive oil. 😃🥰❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙋🏾‍♀️

Sooo grateful for this information! Obviously wished I had come across this article before I caught the C! I did hit the high dose vit D in the beginning and I truly believe it helped. Sadly it’s near impossible to get the medications you speak of here in the UK! Our NHS is so poor. My deepest thanks and appreciation for good honest advice …that’s all the average joe wants!

This is a great video. Very informative. I can vouch for the vitamins. I have Covid for a 2nd time. Treated it the first time with vitamin d, c, b12, zinc, and magnesium. Ginger and turmeric. Lots of water. I juice so I can get nutrients really fast without having to eat a lot. Using the same vitamins now. Vitamins and natural stuff work well depending on the severity of your symptoms. This video let me know that my research was on track. I think it’s also helpful to just buy this stuff anyway. Don’t wait until you catch it. All of those vitamins you can take on a regular basis before getting sick. May also help reduce the severity with them already being in your system. Just a thought. Couldn’t hurt.

I DID THIS! Short version: Basically, all on my own, immune deficient, 63 yr old with heart issues, asthma, hx of pneumonia. Could not get tested due to no known positive exposure. So I took zinc (in a throat spray with eucalyptus), Vit C, Vit D, and hyperthermia. After testing positive 6 weeks later, I added NAC, magnesium, melatonin. I also used proning in March when breathing was really difficult: My grandmother taught me to do that in 1963 when my lungs got congested. Was infected March 13, my doctor did not believe it possible for me to have caught it in Maine at the time, and anyway, they had nothing, nothing to offer. So I isolated and used what was on hand: my grandmother's advice to "sweat it out" would be impossible because my body would not mount a fever! BUT in January, I had purchased a cheap flimsy nylon fabric one-person sauna from China (and then let it sit for a month in case it had virus - hey, we knew nothing about it at the time!) - just in case I got sick. So every other day in March, April, May, I turned on the Maine CDC radio update and took a 35 minute sauna. I was finally tested when a nurse heard my horrible-sounding cough over the phone - and yes, after TOTAL isolation, I still tested positive at 6 weeks post onset of symptoms. Symptoms lasted until Christmas - and still have lung pain. But now I can tell my skeptical friends that, yes, MAYBE my cheap little $50 fabric sauna saved my life - just as I thought it did.
