Good morning Dr very beautifully and knowledgeable advice and guidance thank you very much, I am also the patient of Rumathrist sence 10 years and stated getting the treatment from day, and still lastly I have go for knees joint replacement last year 2022 and I well just with all continuous medicine, doing very little work, but suddenly last week all joints of hand ,neck, and swelling in fingers and wrist uncontrollable pain , my food normal do not take any outside fast-food or drink, smoke. Pls give a help to be normal.

Hi. Thumb pain is not the initially symptom of Rheumatoid arthritis. Your RF is also negative. Check symptoms of Rheumatoid arthritis as mentioned in this video and on my channel. If u feel u have those symptoms the can meet a Rheumatologist for examination of joints. Thank you

sir aapki sabhi information to great hoti he thanx sir....sir but mujhe bahut confusion he mere ghutne me bahut dard tha ankle me dard tha hath ki wrist me pain tha maine rhumatologist se consult kiya unhone diagnose kiya mujhe RA bataya gaya treatment chalte hue 4 months ho gaye he ab pehle se bahut aaram bhi he but mujhe uveitis hua aur rhumatologist ne HLA b27 karne ko kaha ur ye bhi pucha gaya ki meri kamar me kabhi pain hua ya nahi.. sir confusion ye he ki HLA b27 AS ke liye karaya gaya iska matlab ye bhi he kya mujhr RA nahi balki AS hua he ...sir confusion he clear kijie plz ab tak yo treatment RA ka hi chal raha he...plz clear sir

Doctor saab mujhe inflammatory arthritis shuru mei hi diagnosed hua. Main roj iguratimod 25 and zycholchin leta hun. Treatment or medicine khane ke baad bhi kya heart ke bimari ka risk hai mera abhi 45 age. Bahut dar lag raha hain is bimari ko lekar.

Some cases of skin cancer is reported. But very rare. And Untreated Rheumatoid arthritis is more more commonly associated with cancers. Infact methotrexate is used in the treatment of many cancers. The doses used in RA is very less , so side effects are very rare if used as per Rheumatologist advise.

Only Leflunomide. Hold Leflunomide 1 week before and 2 week after vaccination. Hcqs can be continued
