I looked at Gaza from the window of my heart And saw the destruction of precious lives Flattened homes and shattered dreams But when my gaze fell upon the sorrowfull eyes I saw the overwhelming calm And acceptance of God's decree The people here were true believers Valiant, courageous, resilient and faithful But when I turned to look the other way There was utter despondency and fear For these people had waged a war against Allah The most powerful and Just Lord of the Worlds Then I looked towards the Muslim leaders But they had sand in their eyes And their hands were tied As the Ummah awakens O Allah free Palestine! HasbunAllahu wa nimal wakeel

Thank you Palestine for re awakening the ummah. We are now more united than ever before. Alhamdulilah. May Allah keep up strengthening our imaan and have us all die in a state of Imaan. Ameen.

We gave you shelter when Europe disowned you But instead of appreciation You were greedy You began slyly occupying our Land Then you shelled my home to the ground You destroyed my olive groves You burnt down my orchards You killed my mother and father You imprisoned my brother You shot down my wife, and young children You left me with nothing I retaliated only with stones And the Resistance with rockets So you and your accomplice Called 'us' the Terrorists Yet you can see, that I still smile Yes! I am Muslim And I will carry on protecting al Aqsa Our beautifull Holy Land And I am not alone For I have Allah And I believe in life after death You actually did me a 'favour' My kindred now rank as Martyrs You elevated my status Through your oppression But I will find you On the day of judgment I will find you. In'shaa-Allah Ya Allah have mercy on the Ummah Ya Allah free Palestine Ya Allah guide all Humanity The children of Adam Peace be upon him Father of mankind For the sake of thy beloved Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him

I am just a simple member of our society despite the false news from our media in the 🇵🇭. But Palestine and its people is always in my dua. Some portion of silence are just as loud as the protes. Because if duats are to be quantified summing all those dua the armors of enemy are far beyond the sign. This khutba has actually been a great boost for my iman and motivation because I have been going back and forth with a decision to wear a Palestinian flag necklace to work and was worried about how HR would take it as I’m a professional who’s workplace is very strict. But the last bit of Sh. Omar’s statement of “who will be the journalist for the journalist” made my resolve even stronger to wear it. 😌🇵🇸
