Man I remember when you started, hand tools and saying "if I had this it would be a bit cleaner but this works." Now look at you. Sawstop cabinet saw, LG badass projector. Good for you man.

When i decided I wanted to get into woodworking, I knew already that things like table saws, jointers, drill presses etc. were very expensive, so I made the (very uneducated) decision to focus on hand tool work since I thought it would be cheaper. Almost two years later and I don't have even a 10th of the tools (not even close) that I would want, cuz now I've seen the price tags on well made hand tools :( It really depends on what you want to do. With even a fairly basic skill level, you can do everything with hand tools you could with power tools, usually cleaner, and often times just as quickly.

Thank you, I like that too, also the intro is nice, motivation is all what it's about, some maybe don't know, but to see how simple wonderful things can be made, that is so fascinating about this videos, timelaps is the key I think, the whole process in one piece is really nice to see, every single step and telling what you do and about your thoughts while doing it, makes is perfect.

Slick design idea and multi-fictionality and hardware configuration. Slick execution and finish. As a behind the sofa table/speaker housing I'm surprised this hasn't been done here on YT. Great concept to play with many variations. Love the 'simplicity' point of view approach to design without a resulting 'Ikea' look.

Great project and great idea integrating the projector and the finishing touches look great. Please note one comment regarding the cable extension. The Bluetooth speakers is using a class D amplifier which is very sensitive to the inductance of the cables. The extension cables should be as thick as possible and use a matching length for all the drivers to match the phase. This can significantly improve the sound quality.

'Speaker boxes' are specially designed to have a certain volume (sizes wise) and also depth to act as a natural amplifier. Also resonance is a factor in speaker size. This might sound ok, but you should look into speaker designs..
@DIYCreators

Thanks, yes you are right, I did know I would risk the quality by modifying the design. I thought about matching the volume by running the calculation. I had a specific look in mind that I was going for. As is I think they sound pretty good.

I love all your videos!!! You show what, how, why and everything in-between. You give the break down of where you're at (with the "I am here" pop-ups) in the build. I enjoy your videos on (paraphrasing) "not that many tools". You show what can be done with a knowledge, decent everyday tools and the will to bring it all together. Young Man, I hope, wish and pray for your continued success and that you achieve each and every goal you aspire too!!!
