My fall alert did not work. Fell a couple times and it did not go off. Also their billing practices were a problem for me.

People saytheir alarm did not go off when they fell, they are supposed to push the alarm button in the middle of the pendant. Someone will answer and you will get help. I am new to this device and gladly have not fallen yet, but I don't see any problems with it.

Your review mentioned a $10 extra monthly charge for fall detection? If that's true, this is the most evil money-grabbing scheme ever, because it shouldn't cost anything to use the onboard gyroscope.

@@Theseniorlist At this rate (no pun intended), the more expensive Apple Watch will beat all competition without deliberately trying to do so. Please keep reviewing, and ideally write "X vs Y" comparison articles. Thank you!
