He will discuss a case of triple vessel disease and premature heart disease. The drug of choice is beta blockers if not contradicted. It should be given in such a dose where after exercise, the heart rate shouldn’t exceed 90 beats per minute and the resting heart rate shouldn’t be less than 60 beats per minute. If the patient is taking any alternative medicine then modern medicines dosage should be adjusted.
