marwah sir said in Rx of DKA - ISPAD 2022 guidlines states no role of insulin bolus but harrison 21st bolus is there so if they ask specifically mentioning ISPAD 2022 then ans will be regular insuline 0.1 unit/kg infusion. guidlines are 2 year old so they may ask in fmge too.

No to pass fmge you have to read harrison cover to cover. Har bar har jagah log nonsense questions dalte rehte. Bhai rapid revision me sab high yield topics hote hai jisme se kuchh na kuchh to pakka aayega hi har topic se. 28 question ate hai medicine ke usme se 20 to solve kar hi loge sir ke videos se
