Some weird guy i talk to sometimes has a ton of ps1 era games and i asked him what his favourites were. This series was included and i was intrigued!

I always found it a bit odd that for some reason MediEvil 2 doesn't come up that often, but people have fond memories of the first one. So what happened? I didn't even know there was a sequel until a few years back, but loved the (demo) of the first one. It was just too hard for me as a kid, but the atmosphere really got my young mind going. It seems some of that scary atmosphere was lost in the sequel, which is a shame and seems to be a theme with sequels.

I still own this epic classic. I hate the Medieval got 4 remakes/remasters but the 2nd....

MediEvil 2 has to be in PS Plus Classics, I don’t know why they ignore it so much.

@@arcadenaut Cause most people only played the first and I could imagine that Sony only really cares for the first one seeing as how they remade it twice for some stupid reason xD

I understand a lot of people like these games, however, I played the remake and I didn't like it, found it quite boring. The PS1 version can be unlocked in the remake and I went to try it out, it was awful.
